SABOIL S.a.s. guarantees the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason. To exercise this right, you must send a registered letter with return receipt specifying the order number and the products eligible for return. This must be done within 7 days of receiving the goods.
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
1) The purchased item must be returned unused and intact, in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging, documentation, and accessories). It is best to avoid labels or tape on the original product packaging;
2) By law, all shipping costs will be borne by the customer;
3) Shipping is the customer’s sole responsibility until receipt is confirmed in our warehouse. We are not responsible for damage or theft/loss of goods returned via uninsured or untracked shipments (e.g., priority mail).
4) If the goods are damaged during transport, we will promptly notify the customer (within 5 business days of receiving the goods) to allow them to file a complaint against the courier of their choice and obtain a refund for the value of the goods (if insured). In this case, the product will be made available for return, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request.
5) If the returned goods are returned intact in all respects, we will refund the cost of the goods only (not shipping costs) by bank transfer within 10 days of receiving the returned goods. Any disputes between the parties in this regard will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the place of performance of the contract.
